Hästens Mind Spa is a digital audio player with a very special added benefit. Working in conjunction with special audio programs, MindSpa employs precisely tuned light and color patters set to brainwave frequencies. These unique programs promote mental sharpness, deep relaxation and stress reduction, which will lead to better quality sleep.

Hästens MindSpa will provide optimal results with regular use of just 20 to 40 minutes per session. The effect is cumulative so we encourage use several times per week, or on a daily basis.
