Hästens educates the nation for National Bed Month
Luxury bed experts Hästens will mark National Bed Month in March by offering free sleep consultations with Sleep Expert Brent Cooper.
Hästens not only makes the world’s most comfortable and luxurious beds enjoyed by thousands of people including celebrities and royalty, but is also committed to educating people about the science of sleep.
Sleep shortage is one of the most common 21st century health complaints. According to research by the National Sleep Council, only 1 in 10 of us say we always sleep well; 1 in 5 suffer from lack of sleep; and two thirds say we get less sleep now than we did a few years ago.
Brent Cooper (pictured) is passionate about educating the nation, his message is clear: your choice of bed determines how well you sleep, which in turn affects the quality of your time spent awake.
